Heat transfer hot melt adhesive powder is a type of adhesive that is commonly used in heat transfer applications, such as in textile printing processes like DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. Melting Point: 95–115°C (or 203–239°F), allowing low-temperature processing to protect delicate fabrics.
Hardness: 80±3 Shore A, balancing softness and structural integrity.
Particle Size: 0–80μm, 80–200μm, or 150–250μm, with finer grades (80–200μm) ensuring smooth transfers and sharp detail retention.
